ERPNext Fast-Track · fixed fee · EU & UK

A working ERP on your data in 10 days. Then you decide.

We deploy a standard ERPNext, import your customers, suppliers, items and opening balances, and hand it to your team to run real orders, invoices and stock. You find out whether it fits by using it for 30 days, not by watching a demo.

01 - Who it is for

For companies that want proof,
not another presentation.

The Fast-Track replaces the usual months of evaluation with a month of real use. It works best when one of these sounds familiar:

A

You run on spreadsheets and separate tools

Quotes in Word, stock in Excel, invoices in an accounting app, nobody sure which number is right. You want one system, but not a year-long project to get there.

B

You are comparing ERPs and demos all look the same

Every vendor shows a polished walkthrough on their sample data. You would rather see your own items, your own customers and your own VAT in a system your team can click through.

C

You have been burned by a long ERP project before

Scope that grew, invoices that grew with it, and a go-live that kept moving. This time you want to see something working before you commit to anything larger.

D

You want ERPNext but need a safe first step

You have read about it, maybe tried the public demo. The question is not "is it good" but "does it fit us". The only honest answer comes from your data and your people.

Best fit: 5 to 100 people, trading, distribution, services or light manufacturing, one company and one country to start. Multi-company, complex manufacturing or heavy integrations belong in a full implementation, and we will say so on the kick-off call.

02 - What is included

A standard system, properly set up,
with your data in it.

No custom code and no integrations in the Fast-Track. That is deliberate: it is what keeps the price fixed and the timeline at ten days.

  • Current stable ERPNext on managed hostingYour own instance in an EU or UK data centre, daily backups, HTTPS, your domain if you want it.
  • Company set-up for your countryChart of accounts, VAT templates, fiscal year, currencies, document numbering, letterhead with your logo.
  • Core modules switched onAccounting, sales, purchasing and stock. CRM, projects or HR on request, in their standard form.
  • Master data importedCustomers, suppliers, contacts, items with prices and units, warehouses, opening stock and opening balances. From Excel or CSV exports of whatever you use today.
  • Users and rolesUp to 15 named users with sensible permissions: sales, purchasing, warehouse, accounts, management.
  • One end-to-end flow verified with youQuote → sales order → delivery → invoice → payment, and purchase order → receipt → supplier invoice, on your real items.
  • Handover training, recordedTwo hours online with your key users, recorded so new people can watch it later. Plus a one-page "how we do X" cheat sheet.
  • 30 days of live use with supportE-mail support on business days while your team works in the system. Then a decision call with us.
What is not in the Fast-Track

Custom development, integrations, and migration of historical transactions. Also manufacturing BOMs and routings, multi-company or multi-country set-ups, and e-commerce or bank connectors.

All of it is available in a full implementation. If you continue after the Fast-Track, we scope that work on what your team actually learned in 30 days of use, which is a far better brief than any requirements document.

Need something from this list before you can judge the system at all? Tell us on the kick-off call and we will quote it separately, or advise you to skip the Fast-Track and go straight to a scoped project.

03 - How the ten days run

Ten business days from kick-off
to your team's first real invoice.

From your side: one decision-maker, one person who knows where the data is, and your key users for the handover. Everything else is on us.

Day 1Day 5Day 10Day 40
Day 1

Kick-off call

Sixty minutes. Your company basics, your country and VAT set-up, the modules you need, and which files hold your data. We confirm scope and the fee in writing the same day.

Days 2–4

Deploy and configure

Your instance goes up on EU or UK hosting. Company, accounts, taxes, currencies, numbering, print formats and users are set up to your answers from day one.

Days 5–8

Import your data

We clean and load your customers, suppliers, items, prices, warehouses and opening balances, then reconcile the totals with you so the system starts from numbers you trust.

Days 9–10

Verify and hand over

We walk one real sales flow and one purchase flow end to end with your key users, fix what is off, and run the recorded two-hour handover.

Days 11–40

You run it for real

Orders, deliveries, invoices, stock movements: real work, not test data. We answer questions by e-mail and take notes on what your team wants changed. On day 40 we talk about what happens next.

Why ten days and not two? The deployment itself takes an afternoon. The time goes into your data: cleaning duplicates, matching units and prices, and reconciling opening balances. That is also the part that makes the next 30 days meaningful.

04 - After day 40

Three ways it can end.
All three are fine with us.

Outcome 1

Keep it and grow it

The system stays exactly as it is, with no re-implementation. We move you to a monthly hosting plan sized to your users and data, and scope the next steps from your team's notes: integrations, extra modules, custom reports, historical data. Priced as a fixed-scope project or a monthly support block.

Most common · Fast-Track fee credited against the project
Outcome 2

Take it in-house

You own the installation and the database. We hand over the deployment, backup and upgrade procedures to your IT team, or help you move the instance to your own servers or to Frappe Cloud. No strings, no exit fee.

Handover documentation included
Outcome 3

Walk away

Not the right fit, or not the right time. You get a full export of everything in the system, in open formats, and we delete the instance and its backups. Nothing further to pay. You have lost a month and gained a very clear picture of what you actually need from an ERP.

Promotional fee for Fast-Tracks with a kick-off booked by 31 December 2026; the standard fee is €4,890 / £3,990. Covers everything on this page: deployment, country set-up, data import, users, the verified flows, the recorded handover and 30 days of hosting and e-mail support. Invoiced at kick-off, payable within 14 days.

Software licence: €0 / £0. ERPNext is published under GPL-3.0 and the Frappe Framework under MIT. There is no per-user, per-module or annual fee from anyone.

If you continue after day 40

  • Managed hosting, monthly, sized to your users and data, quoted before you decide. Or host it yourself at no cost from us.
  • Support and changes as an optional monthly block of consultant and developer hours, with an SLA.
  • Further implementation as a fixed-scope project. The Fast-Track fee is credited in full if you start it within 60 days of the decision call.

If you walk away, there is nothing further to pay.

Not sure the Fast-Track is the right size?

Compare it with a full ERPNext implementation on our ERPNext page, or simply tell us what you run today on the form below. If the Fast-Track would not give you a fair test, we will say so before you pay anything.

06 - Questions we hear

What people ask
before they say yes.

Is it really production, or a sandbox with our data in it?

Production. Real customers, real items, real opening balances, and the invoices you issue from it are real invoices. That is the point: a sandbox tells you whether the software works, production tells you whether it works for you.

If you prefer to run it in parallel with your current tools for the first weeks, that is fine too; many teams do exactly that and stop double-entering once they trust the numbers.

What shape does our data need to be in?

Excel or CSV exports from whatever you use today: your accounting software, your shop, your spreadsheets. We send you a short checklist after the kick-off. Light clean-up (duplicates, units, missing VAT numbers) is part of the fee; we will flag anything that needs a decision from you.

Up to roughly 10,000 records per list is comfortable inside the ten days. Larger catalogues are usually fine as well; we confirm on the kick-off call.

Why no customisation? Our process is a bit different.

Every company's process is a bit different, and the best way to find out which differences actually matter is to run a standard system for a month and write down where it rubs. Customising before that usually means automating habits rather than requirements.

ERPNext is also unusually configurable without code: custom fields, workflows, print formats and reports can all be set up during the 30 days if your team needs them. Real development comes after, scoped on what you learned.

Where is our data hosted and who can see it?

On a dedicated instance in an EU data centre, or a UK one for UK companies, with daily encrypted backups. Only your named users and, during the Fast-Track, the Mobinea consultant doing the set-up have access. We sign a data processing agreement before we touch any data, and we delete everything on request.

What if ten days is not enough?

The timeline assumes your data arrives within the first three days and your key users have two hours for the handover. If something on your side slips, the plan slips with it; the fee does not change. If something on our side slips, that is our problem and the fee still does not change.

Can we add more users, or a second company, during the 30 days?

Users, yes: there is no per-user cost and adding people is a few minutes of work. A second company or country is outside the Fast-Track because it changes the accounting set-up; we quote it separately or fold it into the follow-on project.

How is this different from the free ERPNext trial on Frappe Cloud?

The trial gives you an empty system and a lot of settings. The Fast-Track gives you a system configured for your country's accounting and VAT, with your data in it, flows verified on your items, your people trained, and someone to ask when you get stuck. Most teams who try the empty trial get as far as the chart of accounts and stop.
